So busy raising funds for my painterly Kickstarter campaign that I almost plum forgot about PPF!For todays' installment of the weekly Paint Party Friday, I wanted to share a mural I once had the chance to paint on the back of an old barn.
Did the thing in tempera paint and did not really have the chance to glaze it or anything and, sadly, it didn't survive a storm that emerged the day after I finished.
This was at least quasi intentional, since I knew the structure itself was 'temporary' at best - the whole thing, then, again, became a testament to decay.
As for Kickstarter.... am a lot closer than I was!!!!!! It expires tomorrow evening. Still need a few good people to contribute $20 to be all set. Gifts include handmade art. So am on duty today - on the phone, online, etc - trying to gather support.
