Cool Chiropteri

For some reason, this morning I had to spend time reading about bats, watching videos about bats, etc. THey are fascinating!

I have to, though, at some point, draw the thing I'm attaching to this post - different bat species from Kunstformen der Natur (1904), plate 67: Chiroptera by Ernst Haeckel.

This image was chosen as Wikipedia's Image of the Day for Jul 24th, 2006! Funny

If I ever do draw them I will post.
